Parking Reminder

All green spots in the community are reserved for guest parking. Residents are not permitted to park in these spots. Please find a spot that is marked by white or no markings in the parking lot where you may park a resident vehicle. Those in violation will be cited and fined accordingly.

August 1, 2023 Meeting Summary

At the August 1st meeting an alternative insurance broker was present to discuss their proposal for community insurance as well as provide cost for earthquake insurance. No decision was made on this item.

Committee Reports were provided:

Fence-Management is scheduling a meeting with the Committee to develop a plan to stain those fences that have been replaced most recently. Then a plan of action will be developed for repair of those fences in need. The fences we already have in que were tabled pending comparison quotes for Board review.

Parking Committee-Management is scheduling a meeting with the Committee to discuss future parking enforcement and the potential of adding patrol.

Communications Committee-The Board reviewed the options for electronic platforms for survey submission and analyzing. Based ont he budget the options were denied. Surveys will be sent out by mail and community email communication.

A date was set for the Community Garage Sale which will be in October. A notice will be provided by email a month prior to the date.

Proposals for community trimming were approved. However, there are several other outstanding tree care estimates that require review so a special meeting is being scheduled with Earthco for discussion.

All proposals under new business for roof repairs, plumbing, and painting were tabled for the next meeting scheduled August 22, 2023 at 6:30 p.m.

Special Assessment Complete

The final date for the current special assessment that was in place was July 1, 2023.

June Meeting updates

The fence stain results were reported and the Board selected Tugboat for the community color.

The slope creep evaluation results were reviewed. More details will be available at a later date.

There was no action concerning the signage/flag rules.

The proposals for roof repairs in que were reviewed and approved.

Annual Termite Service was discussed. A proposal for treatment with orange oil was requested for future consideration.

Tree trimming was discussed and updated proposals should be available for decision at the July meeting.

Updated proposals for landscape improvements for planters on Dolphin Cove was approved and will be scheduled soon.

Proposals for community wide wood repairs and painting are in process.
